 PROJECT NARRATIVE

Prototype development of 10 unit ‘tent villa’ concept. Tent villa utilize fabric shade elements with open air, full amenity accommodations unit.  Amenities include welcome center/local fisherman and farmer supply market, permaculture component, mountain bike trail and tour operations component to complement existing equestrian and yoga retreat operations.

innovations

Rainwater capture system, photovoltaic energy system, prefabricated integrated assemblies shipped to remote location and assembled onsite, utilization of abundant fallen timber resources, utilization of bamboo as a renewable building material.

Management responsibilities

Lead developer providing design build scope, pro forma development, investment capital procurement, collaboration with like minded, long time family landowners.
