Project narrative
Project manager for three-building facility totaling 29,000-square feet. Buildings house the town’s maintenance shops, wash bay, heated storage, public works and animal control offices and two resident housing units. Development included the relocation/reconstruction of a half- mile of two-lane roadway site grading of approximately 60,000 cubic yards cut/fill, extensive site drainage and retaining wall construction, extensive off-site water and sewer utility construction, and construction of three steel, masonry and wood- framed buildings. Work performed primarily during winter conditions.
Management responsibilities
Coordination and management of the planning and development, entitlement, utility infrastructure planning,engineering, and ROW negotiation and procurement, water well development, wetlands mitigation, budget development and conformance, site construction issues, project delivery, and participation in sales and marketing issues. Full cost model developed for bank financing package. Responsible for authorship/development of digital tour marketing project.
