Project Narrative
Designed for an active family of 4, this residence steps up a steep hillside while capturing iconic mountain views to the south and north, and extending outdoor living to decks and terraces to the north, south and east. A complex HOA Design Review Guideline approvals process was completed successfully.

Management responsibilities
In charge of all design and construction processes, including lead project design, program development, approvals process management, team building, development and management of overall budget and schedule; negotiation of all construction subcontracts, intensive value-engineering efforts to maintain budget and schedule goals during fast-track construction sequence.
