PROJECT NARRATIVE
Project delivery for 4500 SF european design single family residence at 9700' elevation featuring simple gable forms assembled in a 'compound'. Including development of water well systems, durable landscape elements, all located on a remote site.
Innovations
Project incorporated precast foundation wall elements, efficiently assembled on site, structural insulated panels, prefabricated wood structures, prefabricated 'brise-soleil' elements, ventilated facade (rain screen).
Management responsibilities
In charge of all design and construction processes, including management of lead architect, additional lead project design, program development, team building, development and management of overall budget and schedule; negotiation of all construction subcontracts, intensive value-engineering efforts to maintain budget and schedule goals during fast-track construction sequence
