Sustainable Craft Brewery and Attainable Housing to complement sustainable business model.  Public/Private partnership with Municipality to create Housing.

Innovations

Sustainable design includes, full solar PV array on rooftop and car canopy, heat recovery from brewing processes to provide supplemental heat for brewery and housing, and high performance building envelope. Mass timber panel structural systems.

Management responsibilities

In charge of all design and construction processes, including lead project design, program development, team building, development and management of overall budget and schedule; negotiation of all construction subcontracts, intensive value-engineering efforts to maintain budget and schedule goals during fast-track construction sequence.
